Lake Norman has contracted with Pierce Manufacturing out of Appleton Wisconsin for a new aerial Ladder!
Under the past Leadership of Chief Andy Weatherman, Deputy Chief Neel Brawley, and a group of Lake Norman firefighters, plans were developed for Pierce to build Lake Norman Fire/Rescue a Mid-Mount Aerial ladder. This new Aerial comes with the latest cutting edge technology for our firefighters with greater vertical and horizontal capabilities than ever before.
Our new Aerial Ladder has been in construction and we are excited and proud to share with you publicly the first couple of pictures coming from Wisconsin of our new truck! Stay tuned to this page or our social media and we’ll keep updating you with further pictures, delivery date and Christening!
